How do I get more views and likes? help

this is what i notice most of my favorite gaming channel in youtube. first the target audience they don't limit there self in one side instead they chase the audience like for example you only focus on modern games which only the younger generation might relate try to play classic games from 90's and 80's by that the older audience can relate on your gaming channel not just gaming actually this can also apply to any genre. forgive me for my bad grammar lol 2nd is the time of when to or not to upload for example most people would be busy during some part of the daytime some gone to work some to school you need to know when people have rest like lunch time or during night time by doing so the higher the chance of getting more views or reactions to what you are posting or uploading because people is focusing on that free time. 3rd is the channel or account naming its needs to be catchy and trendy at the same time also the profile is one big factor. thats all i notice about them that attracts many views

I think you shouldn't put your profile picture in the post because some people might take your picture and pretend it's you just like what happened to me once I put this profile picture in my post and several people kept taking it and putting their profiles and I think you should take it off but if you want to leave it that's fine because it's you who decided, not me 😐
