It is, indeed. The most charming parts about that game are the good artwork and interesting storyline included with CGs & voice overs, both of which are compelling. It is developed by Flint, the same company that had worked with Gamevil to create the old masterpiece Dragon Blaze about 10 years ago. And yes, Veda goddess is a literal character from Dragon Blaze and a 4th Impact hero. Astra game is a side-story of Dragon Blaze on Veda goddess' part ~
