Warning... Account May Be Unfairly Banned

As many are seeing with other accounts, this game is kicking people off who haven't even played the game, only set up an account to come back later.
Well, today I go to play, which by the way I have to say I absolutely loved the game, but as it is with life, you can't have your cake and eat it too I suppose. Anyway, after coming to TapTap I realized this could be an issue within the games mechanics.
Regardless, I wanted to post and will continue to get to the bottom of this. If anyone has any comments throw them in and keep the discussion growing until it's resolved.

Those images are actually from the play store. I downloaded it here first. played. came back and got the first of these messages, then attempted through Google Play. I still have yet to hear back from them as well.
