I'm worried about wuthering waves

i thought another hater, turn's out someone with a valid review, and why the heck does yangyang's nose so long?

I'm not really worried, I already have it pre-downloaded, I'm just waiting for its release. The only small thing that annoyed me is the grass (it will probably be fixed if it hasn't been already). The last time i checked the in-game footage of WW pretty much everything was stationary and the environment felt dead, the grass wasnt swaying or reacting to the character movement & skills and it just looked off. I've already uninstalled GI cause it got very repetitive for me as in the late game all you do is tp around the whole map and grind for no reason. But I'm happy that Genshin finally has worthy competition, cause ToF's ass.

Valid concerns. I'm a bit nervous, too. BUT, what puts my mind at ease that we already know for sure: 1. Combat will be way more engaging, challenging, and in depth than most, if not all, mobile games 2. Each character feels like they can stand alone and utilize their own combos (no more shifting characters just to hit skill just to switch back again) 3. Relatively generous Gacha 4. Big budget and large following 5. Kuro's music is fire 6. Graphics and animation are already solid, and that's before the release. (There will be even more improvements since the cbt2) 7. They have been taking on nd implementing player feedback from both betas 8. Traversing its open world is smooth, quick, and enjoyable 9. Even the first cbt was alreqdy better than Tower of Fantasy's full game 😂 (plus ToF isn't that bad, just not what people expected) 10. It's not a Genshin killer or wannabe, but it's own, fully-optimized game The unknowns that make me nervous are the story and character engagement (will I care about their stories and their world? Is the voice acting believable? ). We just don't know how immersive it will be yet lore-wise or how the systems will progress over time. BUT, Kuro has been around for a while, and they killed it with PGR (even if it's not my favorite kind of play style). Hope that gets people excited and tones down the nerves a bit. We all want the game to succeed! 🤙🏼

I agree with the above comment too. Wuwa and genshin are two different games. And personally, I like Wuwa more now due to their generous rewards. I'm f2p

First and foremost, stop using the term genshin killer because the game is not the same as genshin impact. While some may argue that the two games have similarities, the similarities are minor. WuWa has a different universal lore, character designs, graphics, music, and all technicalities. And from the beginning, WuWa wasn't made by Kuro to kill a game or anything; rather, it was made as a competition to create a new option to change something to expand their titles. Keep in mind that Genshin wasn't the first open world game to be released on a mobile device, so stop bringing up previous games' names in an attempt to start arguments again. Instead, let's move on to more important matters, like enjoying this upcoming game rather than spreading hateful nonsense. Most importantly, regardless of how the game ends, it's still meant to be fun and amuse us, in my opinion.

no it's not genshin killer and I don't want it to be one either. I did extensive research and concluded that it's gonna be a totally different gameplay but engaging enough similar to genshin and some like me may prefer Wu over genshin. I like genshin too but both the games are not killing each other but just rivals.

I'm not even worried, I wanted to play a game like this for a while but genshin and star whale wasn't my vibe , im definitely gonna enjoy this , and im not gonna even reroll it
