First, after noticing the genre of the game I thought it's similar to any other waifu collection, auto battle 2D rpg. But I was totally wrong .I was soo impressed on creative take of the game was. Like most RPG games it kicks off with the story but the mode of conveying the story to players here is different. It's via a Chat system. NPC Characters will send messages in a chat group and you get to select reply options to send. The conversation are really funny. The characters type in typical 'Online Chatting Language' which is with short forms and spelling mistakes/typos which gives a feel of real online chatting experience. For real , there is a cat character in game and I absolutely love it's typos . I burst into laughter reading them. The chat will be attached a file 📁 . These files are the main story battles. Overall I totally love this lovely chat system style of conveying story . There isn't any Voice acting (VA) for characters but the game got some banger songs and bgm . I can listen to the song all day. Reading the chat + song compensates nicely for the lack for VA.

Arrowmancer takes you on a journey with 2 witches and a cat as they embark on a journey of magic after saving a black cat. Story (★★★☆☆) ✔️ Close resemblance to Cowboy Bebop ✔️ Messenger-style dialogues ❌ Dialogues are rough around the edges (Grammatical errors) Gameplay (★★★★☆) ✔️ Fast-paced action RPG ✔️ Unique and entertaining combats (Slider puzzles) ✔️ Combats in forms of attachments ✔️ Close reminder to Bomberman

pro: - unique concept and battle system - awesome bgm - importing your own characters from waifulab is just amazing :0 - amazing art and ui design - although I've never fully read the dialogue and the plot, how it is presented is honestly quite interesting - fast paced and no autos - mods in the discord server will actively respond to your questions cons: - takes some time to fully get used to the battle systems (once you get it, it's really fun to play XD)

The gameplay has a similiar mechanic to a pad which you arrange your orbs or in this game "Dancers" to generate combo and thus deal more damage by moving the dancers in a pattern and utilizing their abilities and passive leader every turn The UI is very nice and soft to look at and the graphics are also nice though which there was some kind of voice over, other than that the game is already very good on design

Arrowmancer is a peculiar and unique gacha anime game that is rich in story and boasts great art design and music. The story follows two witches in Kairos and Fig, who after saving a mysterious black cat, start their own company and aim to get rich. Most of the dialogue takes place in the group chat, and it's really all over the place, so things can get a bit confusing. Yeah. it's rich in story, but still quite confusing.
