This Demo is just a sneak peak at what i am working towards, it is still early days in development and much will change in the final product.

Terra Avoider is a 2.5D shooter in which the player must survive through difficult, arena based boss encounters.

The player has a number of tools at their disposal to inflict destruction on the invaders and to avoid annihilation at their hands, or whatever they have in place of hands.

Dodge - Increases speed and become immune for a split second.
Time Dilation - Slows down the passage of time for a brief period.
Recharging shield - Absorbs a hit, causing the player to become immune for a couple of seconds afterwards.
Overheat Venting (Active reload) - Successful 'reloads' release a powerful plasma orb, whilst also adding 1/5th of a charge towards the player's shield.
