To avoid the wars of the divine realm, the goddess of creation, Etain, arrived at a dimension called Shaiya. The primordial Shaiya world was devoid of all existence, and Etain, drawing upon her vast knowledge and experience, began to create all things. The first to emerge in the Shaiya world was an endless ocean, which the goddess used to sever Shaiya's connections with other spaces, preventing the spread of the divine wars into this realm. Subsequently, she sacrificed her own flesh and blood into the sea, and the divine body gradually transformed into vast continents. As the years passed, these continents further evolved into a landscape of rolling hills and plains. The blood that once flowed within her body became the rivers that relentlessly coursed across the land. Gradually, a fully formed continent took shape, which Etain named Theios Aperion, or "The Land of the Gods." On this vast expanse of divine territory, the two factions, the Alliance of Light and the Union of Wrath, fought a war sparked by differing beliefs.
