The only goal of the game is to make the numbers go higher, but in different unique ways or more challenging ways. If you've heard of people being VERY addicted to this game, it's VERY real and now I can't live without this game.

This game is truly amazing in its mechanics, style, and sounds. It's more than just a card game, it features special jokers that significantly affect gameplay. With different jokers in each hand, each round feels unique. It can be a little hard to grasp at first, but you'll get the hang of it very quickly, and once you do, it's definitely addictive. It's never boring; you should definitely play it.

It’s a rogue like deck builder card game. If you are familiar with poker, this game is simply a twist on it. It’s very fun and simple under 100mb.

Along with Dead Cells and Myst, Balatro joins the tiny number of games that I own and play on all available platforms. The simple to learn, but challenging to master mechanics which blend poker hands with deck building strategies, is extremely fun and rewarding.
