I do have a theory about healers.
Out of the 5 healers we have. 1 of them has been the a major reason whether meta is what it is today.
Neon
If your forced to change the neon, your forced into a fundamentally new meta because no one else can really do neons job as well as she can.
Tig ult? Neon ult.
Ossas taking angels? Neon is never far.
Tank low?, neon can heal a single target pretty quickly,
Lacia? You’re now 2 shot because of neon shields.
If you tried that with any one else? You would probably die or survived in a less favorable situation.
What I’m saying. Neon is out 2nd “main support”
And if there’s ever a time where you NEED to run 2 supports? Neon HAS to be one of those supports.
Neon Iris? Extreme poke with dive support.
Neon chem? A more brawly kind of neon Iris.
Neon lab? A self sustaining backline with huge poke potential.
The other main support would be sindri, but I’ll cover that in another post.

All of the is true. But the main reason why Neon breaks the Support is meta is mobility. More specifically, map mobility. It can be used to quickly turn the tide when showing up (since her TP is also burst heal everyone around it). Also, it can be used as an escape ability. She’s the only Support that can consistently survive and escape danger.
The other one is Labula, but it’s not as consistent in his case, and requires better timing and someone to help you escape a threatening scenario.
Where Neon can simply just dip outta there, and constantly be anywhere. What is missing out for all other Supports is an escape ability. Labula’s fine but it could be improved on it. Buff a little bit the current survivability tool he has.
If you check Supports in a similar game like Marvel Rivals, you’ll notice that most Supports have an ability that allows them to escape or reposition or interrupt a dive (if used properly). T3’s Supports typically do not. Thus become food. Especially since they increase the overall DMG of all Damagers in what of their updates, making the fights short surprise attacks that you have no time to react and survive. You essentially play spawn simulator.
