[Devlog #1] Here's where the journey started!

Hi settlers! Not so long ago we announced the exciting news that Settlement Survival is coming to mobile. To pique your interest, we are more than excited to share some behind-the-scene stories about the mobile version of Settlement Survival.

As some of you may have already known, Settlement Survival made its debut on Steam and is going through constant updates and improvements. The idea of making a mobile port actually came across after we received quite a few inquiries regarding this. Why not make it on mobile, we thought? There aren't many mobile city-builders that challenge players to expand their town and grow their population. And that was how things started.

Though our primary goal is to retain the flavor of the original game, a complete redesign of the UI is necessary for a more intuitive gameplay. Also, we have to consider the difference between PC and mobile in hardware and device performance. To ensure the stable functioning of the game on mobile, some tradeoff needs to be made such as setting a cap on the number of settlers. But no worries, we are working to find the best solution and you are still able to savor the joy of expanding your town in the palm of your hand.

Hi sorry for the long wait. As you may already know, the game made its debute as a PC game on Steam Early Access, which means it is still in the process of constant optimization. The development team really wants to polish the gameplay and presents the best version, and that's why it took some time to improve the base game before porting it to mobile devices. But trust me the mobile version is indeed coming and we're making preparations for it :)

Hi! Unfortunately there's no in-game combat in Settlement Survival. The game mainly focuses on city-building, town management and trade~

i did not like the interface.. for me.. i think reducing transparency would be good.. and mnimizing it as much as possible gives a clean vision as well as deleting any unnecessary buttons..
