Cloud Save cant sync

I've done a cloud save before uninstalling rotaeno. After I installed it again, why can't I do a cloud save?, when I press cloud save it saves new data, so it's back to the way it was. I've logged in with the same TapTap account, still. HAVE TUTORIAL SKIP FEATURES

When you press Save in the Cloud, the data is uploaded to the server for that account. When you log in to your account on a new device, the cloud data is automatically loaded. If your local data does not match the cloud data recorded in your account, a window will pop up for you to select the correct data.

We are very sorry for the unpleasantness. Most of the "data loss" is caused by logging in to the wrong account. Please check if your account and login method are correct first. If you were using a guest login, you can login to the same guest account, even if you reinstall the game.
