Ashfall Makes Its Explosive Debut at The Tokyo Game Show 2022 & IGN Showcase Live
Ashfall, a new cross-platform adventure shooter MMORPG that is being developed by Legendary Star Studios, is going to make its explosive debut at the Tokyo Game Show 2022 on September 16th, with the game planned to launch on PC, Android, iOS in 2023. The studio is attending the Tokyo Game Show 2022 to reveal information about the game and players can watch Ashfall in action during the IGN Showcase Livestream on September 16 at 10 am PT on the official IGN website, IGN YouTube, IGN Twitch, Facebook and Twitter channels.
About Ashfall
The world of Ashfall has been devastated by nuclear war, caused by artificial intelligence that revolted against mankind and attempted to destroy its creators. In the aftermath of this destruction, a few pockets of civilization remain, as the last survivors struggle to live on in the scorched and dangerous land. All that remains is doom, gloom, and rust, but the spirit of humanity remains in the survivors. The players take on the role of the Wanderers, who are tasked with leaving the Vault and seeking the legendary “Core of Creation”, which may hold the key to mankind’s salvation.
What to expect from the IGN Showcase Livestream
Legendary Star Studio is committed to making Ashfall an immersive gaming experience, with jaw-dropping sounds and visuals that will mesmerize players, as they explore the wasteland. The music of Ashfall was created by a world-class music production team which includes the Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer (Dune, Dunkirk, No Time to Die, Gladiator), Inon Zur (Fallout 3, Fallout 4, Fallout: New Vegas, Dragon Age Origins), and Steve Mazzaro (No Time to Die, Army of Thieves, Icebox, The Amazing Spider-Man 2). At the upcoming stream, an interview with Steve Mazzaro and Inon Zur will be released along with a brand new trailer and an introduction from developer Legendary Star Studio. Later on, in the show, a Let’s Play of Ashfall session hosted by IGN’s Alan Wheeler will give a glimpse of the upcoming adventure shooter MMORPG.
