R.E.C.ORD is just straight up not very good. Clearly capitalizing off the immense virality of UNRECORD, RECORD tries to cash in on the recognizable aesthetic and assets used in the UNRECORD trailer. However, as a game and product, it completely misses the mark.

There’s no UI to speak of, outside of switching guns. There’s no control pad to fine tune your movements, causing you to pivot awkwardly without meaning to. But what’s perhaps most unforgivable is that THERE IS NO SHOOTING BUTTON.

No purpose, no reason, nothing.
