I tried to just Use the AppVpn, And Immediately Change my Google play Account to my other one... Bruh. IT Works... I even found JP Server of Project Sekai (Which normally won't be there)

That's just for my case, Because after I used the VPN, And wanted to create a new account, It wouldn't let me.

I believe you will need to use vpn to open it in Japanese, but I haven't tried this method but you can install something then turn of the vpn and it could keep downloading? I haven't tried but you could try.
