I can never resist a good roguelite deckbuilder. While Tacape doesn't have the depth of the best titles in the genre, it's a fun little game that's perfect for playing on the go.
The free version of the game gives you access to the first stage of Lorena's campaign. In the campaign, you'll follow Lorena as she searches a mysterious forest for her missing brother. You can also pay to unlock Lorena's full campaign as well as the campaign for her younger sibling, Lucas. Lucas is more vulnerable to damage and has access to more complex cards, so he's an excellent option for players searching for a challenge.

Today we have a roguelike deckbuilder card game Tacape and its time to go through all the main game features and rate them with a lot of personal bias.
Lets go!
Gameplay
Tacape features 2 game modes: roguelike and campaign. I didnt had a chance to play roguelike mode, I suppose you just get random enemy encounters over there, but we can talk about campaign.
The story starts with your little brother being lost. And cinematics hints you that there is more to it than the eye can see, but right after that you go on exploration in the nearby forest to look for him

Another card game that needs strategy, but it will become easy to play if you read and understand well the instructions it provides. The size of the cards is a bit inappropriate. Sometimes it blocks what I want to tap or move. Apart from that it's all good.
It's a pretty good game that suits everyone

I think this game has a lot of potentials. *legit*
The art is good the mechanics are thought out well. Unfortunately, the game is near unplayable in its current state due to issues with selecting the cards and playing the game.
I made multiple mistakes playing the wrong card.
Visual is nice but still have some bug need to fix it.

The mechanics of the game is almost similar to Axie Infinity wherein every move set we use is all dependent on energy (say in this game, mana), and the cards with a corresponding mana needed to execute.
he gameplay is not that flashy since there are no special animations with it, but I love the storyline being in a somewhat Mexican setting. That made the game really interesting.
It felt like I was playing Axie Infinity in this game.

Tacape is a deck-builder card mobile game with a good story content. Honestly I loved how the game story plot started in this game where our main character (Lorena) goes out in the woods to find her lost little brother. Suspecting that mysterious folk lore creatures might have kidnapped her little brother (Lucas), she carries an axe prepared to mow down anyone who she encounters in her path. This did get me quite excited for the game.
