Since I like the Gundam series, this is a game that keeps me frustrated very much. I like this IP, and many others, the expectations and requirements will be high for its game.
There are many excellent games like the SD Gundam series and the Gundam Vs Gundam (EXVS) series despite Gundam being a novel and animation series. Even Super Gundam Royale and Gunpla Warfare on mobile aren't bad either.
If there was no such inferior gameplay, this game can be considered a qualified Gundam game. Basically, the core gameplay is not too bad. Like in Auto-chess, you place your Mobile Suits before the battle and then watch them fight against the opponent's Mobile Suits. The camera shaking made me a little irritated. It had a poor mirror level. When the enemy ACE pilot appeared, there was no sense of oppression, and there was no sense of honor like in EXVS when won. Okay, I prefer to enable AUTO throughout the battle and let them finish the game by themselves so that I can continue playing. This reduces the sense of interaction and participation. Obviously, I am not referring to poor strategy, as I have not played in a long time.
Other than the gameplay, the others aren't too bad. The MS model is pretty good, there are also a couple of 3D animations, and the growth system also seems to make sense with the Gundam theme. I believe Bandai knows and can make a good game, but sometimes I don't really understand what they are doing. Just don't expect too much when we have to guess.
