At the price of $2.99, Turmoil didn’t quite nail it at all. The challenge of finding all the oil in each campaign does indeed offer a sense of accomplishment but doesn’t seem to go far. Despite its intriguing Old West theme, the game doesn’t exactly bring anything new to the table.
Due to the repetitive nature of the game, Turmoil has been a joy to experience in short bursts. Still, if you’re in it for the love of tycoon and time-management games, there’re still tons to be admired here.
