✔️ A mashup of game elements (Roguelite, shooting, action and side-scrolling platformer game mechanics)

❌ No clear instructions
❌ Level design - nothing too spectacular
❌ When you die before reaching the boss, all your weapons and ammo bought during the run will be lost
Graphics (★★★☆☆)
✔️ Retro pixel art style
✔️ Cute character and setting designs
❌ Font is a little difficult to read
Audio (★★★★☆)
✔️ Immersive soundscape
✔️ A reminder of the old school platformers
Verdict (★★★★★★★☆☆☆)
Cure Hunters is definitely a breath of fresh air, albeit the familiar core concept. As good as the game is, it still has some flaws and can be rather challenging for its own good.
Even so, the game is a lot of fun to play and has enough to keep me coming back for more. If you’re a fan of old school shooters or platformers, this might be right up your alley!
