Hello everyone,
Here is FAQ on all aspects BETA test for you. This would help to answer any questions you might have about the game or BETA test, or help you solve any problems you might encounter.
1. Download &Installation
[b]1.1 - How to download the game?

The game can be downloaded on Cyber Space US Test. The Beta Test will be available to players in America. Please note that the game should not be sideloaded through a third-party site or direct APK download. The download will be opened on 1/26.
1.2 - What are the minimum system requirements?
The Cyber Space is currently still in development and is optimized to run on a variety of devices. To ensure an optimal experience for participants, the Beta Test specifically is available for phones running Android 9 and up, and at least 4 GB of RAM. Some Android devices with 4 GB of RAM may be unable to run the game smoothly.
The mobile devices supported by this test do not represent the final launched version, and we will support more models in the future.
1.3 - How to solve installation failure?
1. Check whether the performance of the devices you use meets the minimum operating requirements:
Currently, the suggested minimum memory is 4 GB. If the storage space is insufficient, the installation will fail.
2. Some functions require device authorization, which can be confirmed in mobile Settings - Application to determine whether relevant authorization has been carried out;
3. If the device's system meets the requirements and the memory is sufficient, but still fails to install, please contact us via email and provide your device information and error screenshots. We will answer you ASAP.
1.4 - Can I play the game using an emulator?
Yes, but we have not made emulator adaptation, so you are advised to play the game on mobile devices to avoid unnecessary errors and bad experiences.
1.5 - Is this test open to iOS?
No, the test will only be open to Android devices.
2. Basic Info
2.1 - When can I get access to the Cyber Space?
The server will open on January 26, at 17:00.
We conduct a regional Beta Test to measure performance, network stability, and key in-development gameplay systems to ensure that we can give you the best gaming experience at launch.
2.2 - Will Beta players keep their progress at the end of the test?
No, all progress made during the Beta Test—including account information, items, and game data—will be reset and unavailable when the game launches.
2.3 - Will there be in-app purchases during this test?
No, there will be no in-app purchases.
2.4 - Where can I submit feedback when I encounter bugs or have optimization suggestions?
Players can submit feedback via mail: [email protected], we will answer you ASAP;
3. Gameplay
3.1 - What kind of game is Cyber Space?
Cyber Space is a cyberpunk battle royale shooting mobile game. Players can modify cyberware, strengthen various abilities, fight through gun shooting, and compete in the cyberpunk world. Before the ring approaches, search for supplies, upgrade cyberware, fight against Cyber-monster, and clash with each other until the last one or team is left.
3.2 - What sort of content is available to play during this Beta Test?
The content that will be available in the Beta Test may not be completely representative of what will be available in the official launch patch. With that said, Beta Test participants will be able to play multi-team shooting battles, transformation and evolution of prosthetic limb (cyberware), PvEvP combat, cyberpunk-style future battlefield.

3.3 - How to start a game?
In beta test, players could form teams of up to four members. When players click AUTO-MATCH, the system will match other players randomly to team up a squad. When enough people are matched, you can join the battlefield.
If the matching time is too long, you are advised to match during the peak period of 7-10 PM (UTC-5). Thank you for your understanding.
3.4 - How to team up with other players?
When players click AUTO-MATCH, the system will match other players randomly to team up a squad.
If players want to play with someone known, first of all, they need to add friends in game.
Get player name and ID In the upper left corner of the match screen.
Enter player name or ID to add friends.
Tap the plus “+” on the right of the match screen and players can team up with their friends.
3.5 - What perspective does the game support, and whether to support switch modes?
The game uses a third-person perspective, not supporting another perspective switch.
4. Settings
4.1 - How to change the language？
Beta test only provides English, not other languages.
4.2 - Can players select the graphic quality options?
No, adjustment graphics quality options are not currently supported in the current version.
4.3 - How to solve the frequent stalling or dropping problem?
Game stalling or dropping is usually caused by:
1. The bad network environment. Please check the network of your device, switch the mobile phone to wifi/4G/5G network before playing the game;
2. The low battery. Please check the battery of the device, some mobile phones will automatically lower the screen refresh rate when the battery is low, resulting in a low frame number, or a lag. You are advised to charge the device to enough battery before the game;
3. The insufficient running memory. You are advised to optimize the memory and DNS of the mobile phone, and clear background processes of other applications.
4. The temperature of the device is too high. This may trigger the temperature control and frequency reduction function of some mobiles, especially when the game is played while charging, it is easy to cause the heating-up and the game frame becomes low. You are advised to suspend charging, lower the temperature of the phone.
4.4 - How to set the sensitivity of the shooting lens, modify custom shooting and operate buttons?
Here is game setting guide for you when joining the battle for the first time. Don't forget to reset your keyboard commands to whatever suits you best.
