I uninstalled after playing for 3 days on the playstore and I really wanted to like this game. My biggest issues are the rates. They're worse than most gachas. Make it easier for people to get SR if they can even get them in the normal summons, and the ones that cost 1980 or 2800, make it easier to get ssr. I remember looking and seeing you could pay 50, 250, and then 500 total and only get 3 SR. Next you could get ssr, then ur, then sur. A player could whale and likely spend 1k-10k and get a sur and f2p have 0 chance against that, which isn't fun at all. If f2p can't thrive, then the whales will get bored when there's no one left. I love collecting for the waifus, but it's far too difficult to even get base characters in your game and you'll need copies later to uncap them higher. I typically spend anywhere from 20-100 dollars on most games and lose interest after a few months. I've invested thousands though into Destiny Child however over 3 years, because it's extremely f2p friendly as your daily and weekly crystal income is high compared to nearly any other game, as well as them giving out great event rewards for all ranks. I'll spend money to support the game for their monthly packs as they're fair, and sometimes extra for either a costume or spend 89 dollars for 54k crystals which is 20 summons. I do this to support the game, not because I need it. I highly recommend if you want your game to thrive to take some notes off their game if you want to be more successful. Make it easier to collect all the waifus and more people will support/spend. Your current business model is designed to milk whales and eventually will die off as other players will stay away from it due to negative reviews.
