Impressive graphics for it's age, but still using archaic tactics to make sales. There are thousands like it, so pushing a one-time discount ten minutes in is too aggressive.
I didn't know if I wanted to keep playing and thought I might get one rare gun with the starter currency to convince me I wanted more. Instead, I could try one quick level and buy it now at a reasonable cost or wait and pay more than double.
Everything free comes with ads and I constantly have to repeat levels to meet the power requirement to progress. On top of forced power level, I need food to enter levels. I can get more, but it is yet another purchase.
This should just be called a subscription demo and stop getting my hopes up. The mechanics are well designed and the story flows well with the levels. The only problem is the constant hiccups watching an ad or dismissing a purchase.
