Dear manager,

welcome to Dungeon Overlod.Our open beta test for DO will start on May 19, which means you can download and play the game directly as long as you are located in test region.Before you start playing, we recommend that you take a few minutes to review this FAQ, which might help you avoid some of the problems.

Game Basics:

1. Team up the monstroids you have (up to 6 monstroids per team)

2. Drag monstroids to deploy, choose the location according to the attack range of the monstroids.

3. The number of monstroids that can be used each turn is shown at the bottom left

4. When you have 3 same monstroids, you can click rising star to get a higher star-level monstroid.

Account & Top-up Issues

Q1: What types of login methods does the game support?

A1: We support 3 types of login, Google, Facebook and Guest account. Google account only matches Android, if you want to use the same account both on Android and iOS, please choose Facebook account. Make sure that you have chosen the correct login account when start the game!

Start Menu Guide:

Guest account can paly the game, but can not save its data in the cloud. Also guest account can not top up.In order to prevent the loss of game data, please complete the account binding in time.Click on the avatar → choose user center → click on Binding button.

Q2：Is it possible to delete/reset the role?

A2：Sorry, each account matches only one role and cannot be deleted or reset. If you want to start over, you will need to play with a new account.

Q3：Where can I find my UID and server?

A3：Click on the avatar, then you can find the UID and server of the current account (marked in the previous picture)

Q4：What should I do when there is an error in my recharge?

A4：You may have the following situations:

1. The recharge was successful, but the items have not arrived. If you have not received the crystals or related packs for a long time, please submit a screenshot of your top-up bill through the "Customer Service" button, and we will help you deal with it as soon as possible.

2. Recharge failed. Please check your internet connection, if the internet is fine, please check if your account balance is insufficient.
