Andreth, the Cleric

Andreth can see through destiny and gaze into the future. As the apocalypse approaches, darkness shrouds the fate of the universe. Andreth looks upon the people going about their daily lives, bearing their future sorrows upon herself alone...

Andreth can't change the dark destiny mankind is headed toward, but she does her best to heal their wounds. Before long, the people's hearts were overflowing with the peace and belief that Andreth brought them. When the destined moment of darkness comes, they will be filled with courage and dignity.

The people's love for Andreth shook the rotten foundation of the Curia. Unable to convince Andreth to serve the Curia, the church accused her of heresy. They tortured her physically and mentally, and sentenced her to be burned to completely destroy her soul and body.

In the square, Andreth was set aflame after her eyes were forcibly removed. But the fire also lit a silent beacon in the people's hearts. They deflected the spears and halberds of the Curia and dashed into the flames. Even if they were turned to ash, they wanted to save what they truly believed at all costs.

Andreth survived the flames. She caressed the bodies of those who sacrificed for her sake as tears gushed from her empty eye sockets. Despite losing her eyes, she now saw a new sight: the souls of the sacrificed were shining with a holy glow. They lit up the darkness shrouding the world and shone a light upon the destinies of their descendants.

In the face of a tragic end, keep moving and never look back.
