Change your HUD, maybe that will help

Looking from your gameplay I think you should pre aim more than this, they all have relatively slow ads speed so aiming when peeking corners is an advantage. But you'll have to use two fingers to aim and shoot so the simple layout won't work. Plus you'll be able to use sks as well you can't use it with one finger. Its pretty reliable if you can master it.

I think what you need is to go to Frontline and go to a camping map so you can get kills easily and level up your Marksman and use the best loadout for it

Try switch to hold ads. As marksman have slow ads pre adsing is a great technique and being able to enter ads to pre aim would be great for you:)
