Its a fun game. If you're familiar with autochess games, you'll do well with this.
What sets it apart from others is that you decide your card pool by unlocking more cards and selecting them which is based on a hero like Spiderman or Ironman.
The gameplay can vary a lot and the games are about 15 minutes long at best.

yes it's in English. The voice acting is actually pretty okay. The only problems you may have with the English is that every once in a while, you might run across something that isn't quite spelled right or maybe a punctuation is off. But other than that, I haven't really run into issues with anything except that it isn't available in the US
