Translate
Survival genre have been on the scene for a while and new ideas are rare. Although Hell is Others managed to surprise players with mix of Survival with Battle Royale, adding some storyline and progression mechanics, NPC mobs and fantastic pixel based graphic style for the game.
Gameplay is divided in 2 parts:
1. Your “Base” area, where you get the quests, manage your room, go though the storyline and so on.
2. Century City – huge area, where you will have to survive and contest Other for loot, supplies, quest items and chance to go back home with hard earned rewards.
Century City is where all the fun starts. On your first attempts to survive there you will feel scared of other players, monsters, sounds that are coming from someone shooting nearby or scavenging for supplies. But as you delve deeper into the gameplay and get confidence you will discover that death is not the end, and there are some sweet loot spots on the map that will help you on your run. Encounters with the enemies become fun challenge and even if you fail and die, you had a lot of fun trying to survive this time.
Each run in Century City lasts for 12 minutes and in order to go back to your base in the Hotel you will need to find a working elevator, activate it and survive for about 30 seconds while it arrives, making a lot of noise that attracts nearby monsters and Other players.
In the end, if you manage to survive and get some quests done you can improve your hotel room, that will in turn will give you different bonuses or will allow you to store more loot. Get some of that hard earned blood to your plant, wash your shirt, relax on the sofa and take a nap.
Because tomorrow you will have to visit Century City again and fight for your life.
