I love this game so much, but...

I stumble on this game by chance and really fall in love with artstyle and gameplay. it's been about a week for me here, but now I can't logging in and this box always popping up when ever I try to log in from my phone or even on pc site, so I can't access to customer services either.

If any dev or staff come by and see this post pls tell me If I'm against the rules or anything because at this point I don't know what even happened. I already spend some money on this game and this really make me worry.
