Perfect World Mobile scammed me. They recently put Lucky Eidolon Pack in their item mall, it randomly gives 1x Mystical Eidolon Shard. Need 25 of that to exchange to S-Grade Eidolon (it's a pet).
So I spent around $150 and still got 13 of that shards, but then THEY REMOVED THE PACK ! Now I cannot continue collecting 25 to get my S Eidolon. I've been waiting for a month now and counting, they refused to refund me and they refused to put the item back in the mall.
In the end I suffer loss $150 because of this. I got 13 shards lying uselessly in my storage.
Seems like players need protection against this kind of thing, game publishers tend to ignore this kind of problem because they dont have enough people to handle their players. They only want the money but they can't provide security for players' investments. Similar things like this happen so often I bet. Most often than not when players have problem with transaction, they're always on the losing side.
I hope in the future there will be some kind of movement that provide protection for players to something like this, a big international organization enforcing rules for both players and game companies so both party can respect each other and avoid doing damage to each other. Like for example Better Business Bureau in the US, or any Internet Fraud division from law enforcement, org like that but specificly for mmo.
Gaming companies can earn huge with minimal effort, look at how real life companies do business, they provide AFTERSALES, but look at what happened to me, it can be problematic EVEN BEFORESALES, that's fvcked up.
Also, most game companies nowadays include GAMBLING into their system, so I hope the governments will tax them like a casino because they won't allocate their earnings for more manpower to handle problems and choose to let players tank the damage for them when sh1t happens

As of now the problem is solved, they put the item back for just a week but enough for me to get the rest I needed. I will still leave this bad experience I had here, because they made me wait for more than a month with anger and frustration.
