I think what he means is, global games have every language whereas other games are inspired by English cultures, yet have no option to read in the language as Global does. I do recommend learning the language since this will never change, but it would be so much more convenient to be able to play actually fun games in the language I know. Playstore games are not as fun as the games offered in other languages.
