Hi everyone, Finding paradise is going to be released on November 18th!

We know you may have some questions so we have prepared a list of FAQs to answer your most concerning questions and we will check your queries and update the FAQ here.

Q: When can I play this game?

A: The game will be released on November 18 at  7 p.m  (PST).

But for iOS players, it may take some time for the censorship of App Store, please be patient and pay attention to community notice.

Q: On which platforms can I play this game?

A: Finding Paradise mobile version will be first released on TapTap, Google Play, App Store and Nintendo Switch.

Q: What is the price of this game? Any launch discount?

A: The original price is $4.99 on all mobile platforms. You can pick up the game for only $3.99 as launch sale. Meanwhile, the prequel To the Moon will also be at discount.

Q: What is the difference from the PC version? Is it a pay-to-win game?

A: The mobile version is completely transplanted from PC version with HD remaster. It is a pay-to-download game which means all the content will be available after download, including 58 songs of original soundtrack. We hope you enjoy this immersive experience at all times and places.

Q: Do I need to buy another copy on iOS devices if I have bought it on Android?

A: We are sorry to tell you that data sharing is not available between iOS and Android, so you won’t be able to play the game on your iOS device if you’ve purchased it on Android and vice versa.

Q: What is the minimum system requirement?

A: Finding Paradise is a story-driven pixel game and its hardware & system requirements are not high.

According to our test, it's playable on most Android devices. And for iOS players, we recommend iPhone 8 and above, iOS 10.0 and above.

Q: If the game is not playable on my device or I don't like the game, can I request refund?

A: Finding Paradise is the second part of To the Moon Series. To the Moon is s story of love while Finding Paradise is more about the reflection of loneliness and self reconciliation.

There's no accounting for taste, so if you don't like the game or it's not playable on your device, you can request refund on TapTap in 5 days after purchasing. For iOS players, you can request through App Store customer service.

How to request refund on TapTap: Click your profile icon on bottom right corner, then click "My Games" to find your order list and request refund.

How to request refund on App Store: Click your "Account" on the top right corner, then click "Purchased", choose the App and click "Report a Problem" and request refund.

Q: I haven't played To the Moon Series before, does it matter?

A: Finding Paradise shares the background set with the prequel To the Moon. However, plots of the two games are not related, so it's okay if you haven't played the prequel. But you may have a deeper understanding if you have played A Bird's Story of the Series.

Q: How to enjoy the original soundtrack?

A: The Music Box will be unlocked after you finish the game. You can find it on the main page. Click the musical note above the character and enjoy the 58 songs at any time!

Q: I participated in the playtest / community campaign, how to activate a free copy?

A: We'll send TapTap notifications to Android players who are eligible for a free copy, you can activate it according to the message.

Q: If I encounter problems or bugs, how to solve them?

A: Most of them are caused by cache overload and can be solved by rebooting the game. There's auto-save function so you don't need to worry about losing much progress. If rebooting doesn't work, please contact us in our official Discord server.
