I haven't played this game in years so my experience is outdated. But, when I started the game, it had similar feels to that one game, Game of War. This game had at the time a major paywall. It was difficult to defend your base and keep it safe unless you put money in. And there was a max level limit that got extended to those that put money in. Because of that, I steered away from the game and never looked back since.
