although Im offline (turned off WiFi) the box you need to fill up still appears

I just translated the text via Google and apparently there is this addiction protection for minors and this can only be turned off by inputing your information in the field (name and id) to prove you are 18 and will therefore disable the protection. The game is still the same with protection but you cannot play in between 22:00 and 8:00 and can only play up to an hour and a half I think
