Shoot your opponent before he shoots you. Gunbound T Review

Translate
When I first played Gunbound T I had a lot of hope for it. Of cource its same game mechanics as Worms Armageddon, one of my favorite games from the childhood. But I jumped to the conclusion too quick, Gunbound T have some flaws that kills all the fun while playing it.
Yes, base mechanics is the same. You move your character on the battlefield, aim by measuring the shooting angle and power and try to hit your enemy for the highest amount of damage, but few things go wrong straight away.
First of all you have to hit the ground directly under the target. If your projectile will hit opponent straight in their face it will just go through them and hit ground behind them. This is very hard to get used to, since usually you do most damage by doing direct damage.
Second, the fact that matchmaking is weird. On my first game after the tutorial I got matched with an opponent who shoot projectile high into the sky, used wind to adjust its trajectory, hit me from the back for crazy damage. Something like a trickshot. I expect new players to face just the same noobs, who can barely aim to get used to the controls and game mechanics
And yes, speaking about aiming, its very uncomfortable as well. I still havent figured out how to properly adjust your shooting angle and power, so sometimes it took a while to even aim at the right direction. Aiming is Angry Birds style, pull the finger from your Gunbound and you will get an arc.
But outside of this game have good things as well. It have a lot of customization options, that will make your character stronger, list of different Mobiles (tanks) with different abilities and such. So there is some progression available in the game too.
And in a few games I've got a good match - player as bad as me, and that fight was fun. But those overpowered guys that gets in your way ruin all that feeling.
Overall I dont think I will play this game again, although it have some promise and people who are more skilled than me might find it fun. But personally I think that game mechanics are a little bit too simple.
