It can get really boring just to earn that many coins for an item

The 8-bit graphics are decent for me since it really gives that nostalgic old-school video games vibe. But for the gameplay, I find the items in the game too expensive for the time you need to put up just to get an item. I think this would make the game much more boring since all you have to do is slash some grasses, and kill slimes for what? 10 mins? That's too much time just to wait for real action to happen.
