I think it will be a paid game because pc version of this game is also a paid game, plus there is nothing in this game by which you could use this as a free to play game, and koji Igarashi (creator of this game) left Konami because he wanted to make paid games, so I don't think he would make a free to play games because that is against his ideals. I could be wrong because 505 games are not that good of a publisher.
