Flash Party Hero Design Contest - Bea

Hey there! Here's my entry for the hero design contest: Bea!

Bea (short for beatrice) runs a laundromat during the day but at night she (not-so-secretly) hunts down devils that she fashions into clothing and weapons. With her trusty talking sword Ariel and her trusty twin pistols, Black and Gold, she's ready to take an challenge head on!

Neutral Special -  Black & Gold: Bea unleashes a barage of shots from her pistols, dealing small amouts of damage with each shot when pressed rapidly creating a steady stream of projectiles. Alternatively, it can be charged to create a shot that knocks back foes slightly.

Forward Special - Spin Cycle: Bea lunges forward and spins Ariel at high speed like a buzzsaw inflicting multiple hits. Rapidly hitting special after activation will cause Bea to continue to spin her blade. Additionally, the angle of the spinning blade can also be adjusted with the control stick while she spins.

Up Special - Ariel Rave: A two stage upward striking attack. Pressing up special  causes Bea to draw Ariel and jump into the air damaging anyone in the way. Pressing the special button again will cause her to slash in front of her. This can be used to interupt her up special at any time.

Down Special - WTH?!: Bea stomps down stunning nearby foes and dealing minor damage. As Bea battles charge builds changing the effect of WTH?! Upon reaching half charge a lighting bolt strikes down from above and the range on WTH?! is increased slightly. Upon reaching a full charge, in addition to the half charge effects Bea transforms into "Devil Mode" until her charge drops back to zero. In "Devil Mode" Bea deals more damage, extra hits and jumps higher.
