This would have been a decent play to win game if the developers were more concerned with keeping players and their information safe. Or making sure they are not harassed while playing the game. When I first started the game it was great until a player on the server approached me and threatened me. I blocked the player and reported him but it did no good.
The support is never on to monitor your issues . I mean for ANYTHING. You send them a message and they are slow to contact you back. When they do it’s only to tell you kindly to “deal with it” with a prerecorded message.
Then there’s the glitches and hacking. The toggle stops working or sticks. You have to reset your game. Your purchase won’t go into your inventory? Well you have to reset the game. The character freezes during an event. Guess what, you have to reset the game.
In fact, another person’s account got hack and it took them a whole day to fix it. It seems this developer will allow things to happen that can easily get your money stolen or information compromised on this game. I experienced multiple issues. Reported it to them and !!SURPRISE!!...They did nothing but told me not to give out my information. Uh, no duh, Sherlock. Why would I do that?
