Craft items and collect characters in this alchemy RPG

Witch Market: Adventure RPG is an addictive crafting game inspired by the Atelier series. Chloe, a genius witch, has been banished from her kingdom for her alchemy research. Determined to build an alchemy empire, she starts exploring the mysterious Greed Island, where she can gather the materials she needs to craft items.
Chloe's not much of a fighter, so she relies on companions to fight off the enemies she comes across. Collecting and leveling up these companions is a key part of Witch Market's gameplay loop. Companions help Chloe gather materials, which she turns into powerful items through alchemy. After those items are sold, the earnings can be used to power up companions.
Witch Market has at least 11 companions available, who can fight enemies in parties of four. I could use my funds to power up all my companions at once or focus on boosting a specific character's stats. Every companion has a unique special ability. Riko, an archer, can rain down arrows on enemies. Airen, a survivalist, can temporarily stun all nearby enemies.
In addition to upgrading stats and skills, companions can be dressed up in costumes, which is where the game's gacha elements come into play. The costumes are cute, and they do offer minor stat boosts, but they're not essential to the game. I didn't even realize that Witch Market had costumes until I poked around in its store.
Witch Market's mechanics are fairly simple, which makes it perfect for quick, casual play sessions. I loved coming back to my game and using my alchemy profits to power up my party. If you love crafting and party management, this magical adventure is worth checking out.
