Farlight 84: PC vs Mobile - Which is the Better Experience?

Translate
Download Farlight 84:
There is a debate over whether it's fair for PC players to play against mobile gamers in cross-device games. The main issue is that PC players have a significant advantage in terms of controls and hardware, such as the use of mouse and keyboard and higher refresh rates, which can give them an edge over mobile players who are using touchscreen controls.
However, many games like Farlight 84 try to balance the gameplay experience between PC and mobile players by implementing features such as auto-aim and aim assist for mobile players, and matchmaking systems that consider the type of device being used by players. Additionally, many cross-device games also offer separate game modes or servers for PC and mobile players, which can help to level the playing field.
Ultimately, it's up to the developers of the game to decide how to balance the gameplay experience between PC and mobile players in cross-device games, and it's important for players to keep in mind that there may be differences in the gameplay experience depending on the device being used.

This didn’t become and issue as the lobbies are not mix- unless you intentionally want to join a PC lobby from mobile.

Yes, generally speaking, that is absolutely true. From iPad with a 4-finger layout + aim assist and autofire your chances are better. I need to experiment further before I can tell which works better - at least for me.

aim assist is a plague to mobile games and PC games take mw1 and 2 everyone uses a controller even on PC why because they can use goofy auto aim I have a buddy I used to think was so good and one day I was like man ur so good dude u def rep the mouse and keyboard skills for us PC players and he's what do u mean ?, and I say well since ur on PC ur using keyboard and mouse and he goes oh no I'm using a controller with autoaim and I just went silent. and then said ur kidding me right and he's like no dude I'm not and I'm still thinking he's ribbing me. and one of our mutual friend that he knows in RL says he ain't joking he really does . and as soon as I realized it was true I lost all respect for him at least in game not as person he's a great guy but gawd dam from that day on I was like man no body has skills anymore they need to just take that shit out of every game that's on every gaming system or platform . if u can't play the game with no auto aim then u shouldn't be playing the game to begin with, and it's because of that small percentage of ppl that don't games but wanna game they put it in for like a dad or a mom lol and it's ridiculous

I gotcha! It's indeed thin ice to mix the two platforms... or three types of controls. If we drill deeper we have four scenarios: PC, Controller, Mobile, and Tablet/iPad - as there is also a big difference between mobile and tablet. Bigger screen, more space for buttons. I agree with the sentiment and also understand why you lost respect. On the other hand, it's clear why this is happening. Developers do not want to focus on a single platform/device, instead provide a more casual type of experience regardless of what device they are using. In the list above I didn't even mention the console which falls under "controllers" but the screen size difference also matters. I mean playing with a controller from a phone is not the same as from PS5. As gamers, we can decide if we're fine with the way the game has been designed, and if not we need to search for a game that is PC-only or mobile-only. A nice example would be Arena Breakout (hardcore mobile FPS) where there is nothing like what we are discussing here. Fair play, no assist, pure skill.

I have not played FPS games on PC recently. I mean I did play years of CS and other shooters but not nowadays. The assist is indeed nice but I want to do more research on PC vs iPad as I can not clearly decide between the two. It seems to be well-balanced.
