Q:  When hardcore mode is coming to Torchlight?  What changes to the game's system are needed for that?
A:The hardcore mode won't be in the game for a while, but we'll continue to develop new contents and gameplays to the players.
Q:  My Thunder Spirit has around 170k HP and takes about 40k-50k dmg per second,the Guard has 20K+ and takes around 2.5k-3k dmg per second. I try to use Prayer but can't sustain that. Eventually the minion dies and the Spirit Reconjuring,but it constantly takes that dmg and can attack so I have to deactivate/activate,annoying. Is this penalty for minions in the new season?*Did Path of the Brave update some kind of dmg type or mechanic that I'm unaware of?
A:Path of the Brave has indeed introduced some mechanics that can cause persistent damage. This significantly impacts the Spirit Magus, which is a problem. We will consider how to address this issue.
Q:  With the increased cap of selling stuff for example proof of the braves , will this be also applied to selling of flame fuels(specifically sand and dust) and embers(mostly fine embers) over 99?
A:There are currently no plans to change the cap of selling stuff, we will keep an eye on feedback and may consider optimizing it in the future.
Q:  spacetime elapse Youga's hero trait, spacetime conversion states that it increases 'duration of skill effect' if skill radius increases.  Does this mean I can extend DoT duration of some skills by increasing their radius?  (ex: Wilting Beam, Mind control)
A:duration of skill effect is independent of Dot duration, so DoT duration cannot be extended by increasing the radius of certain skills.
Q:  Render quality on mobile is set to UHD.  Every device cannot handle this quality.  The only ARPG I play on mobile is torchlight.  Because of the UHD  , I'm getting like 15-20 fps and ( 30-40 fps previous season ) and the device is overheating.  Please give more options to select so that low end mobile players can also enjoy the gameplay.  Thank you.
A:We will improve the game over time to make it run smoothly on as many models as possible.
Q: Reap Purification states that it additionally settles remaining damage when reaping.  My question is 1.  How is 'remaining damage' calculated?  2.  Can Reap Purification be applied to any DoT that has duration(ex: DoT from Mind Control, Frost Terra, Black Hole) and not just wilt/ignite/trauma?
A:1. The total remaining damage is determined by multiplying the Damage Over Time duration by the collection of DPS and then by 80%. For instance, if DamagePersistent is 5 seconds, the damage will be 5 times the DPS collection multiplied by 80%. Thus, the extended effect duration Affix will provide a bonus on this calculated damage. 2. Yes, your understanding is accurate.
Q:  Where are the Youga elapse buffs?
A:This season, there is a significant buff for Affliction and Damage Over Time, effectively enhancing this aspect of gameplay. This improvement indirectly boosts the Hero.
Q:  Currently the Refined Fossils are well over 300fe each.  So the cost to remove or annul a mod is over 650 fe.  You obviously do not control the prices, but you do control the rarity of items.  The current cost is a reflection of the rarity.  Currently there is probably almost no item in the game worthy of that level of investment to use those items on.  Is this your intent or design?  Any chance you will dramatically increase the drop rate so they can actually be used??
A:Currently, inflation has indeed surpassed our expectations, and the utilization rate of the new Crafting system is lower than anticipated. We will focus on optimizing and enhancing this in the near future.
Q:  Divineshot Carino doesn't work with spell burst. Any plans to change that?This affects both Ranger of Glory and Lethal flash.  Spell burst does not consume ammo and does not snapshot effects of ammo consumed on first cast.  Any plans to change that interaction?
A:We also discovered this issue at the time, but didn't have time to address it. We will consider the most appropriate way to resolve it in the future.
Q:  Frost terra has Effectiveness of added damage.However, Frost terra is not affected by the "# - # added damage to spell" modifier.What does Frost Terra's "Effectiveness of added damage" mean?
A:Currently, there is no effect. We will remove all unaffected Damage Multipliers in the future updates.
Q:  Will loot drops have its own sound ?   Right now loot drops and skill sounds are in SFX so you can't mute the skills without muting the drops.
A:There are no plans to change this at the moment, we will look for feedback from players.
Q: Using Variel's Snicker grants the player a Void Orb, which, according to its description, deals damage to the user when using abilities. Based on the effects and description from previous seasons, when I use a Channeled ability, it should only deal damage to myself once at the beginning of the channel, rather than every time the Channeled ability ticks. Additionally, the Void Orb should ignore the enemy's Armor Resistance when it reaches its upper limit. However, after testing, it currently deals damage to myself at every Channeled tick, and it also ignores my own Armor Resistance when it reaches its upper limit. Is this a bug?
A:We haven't changed this equipment for a long time, and it should always be the same.
Q:  The new multistrike sentry does not work with quick advance multistrike talent. Why?Is this intended or a bug? Also due to the nature of auto aim (especially on mobile), multistrike sentries cannot do anything to monsters with proximity shields. Changing aim controls does nothing. They shoot into the distance and the proximity shield just absorbs everything. Will this be addressed?
A:Quick Advance: We need to look into this. The issue with the cover is neither intentional nor a bug... but there is indeed a problem, and we will start working on it.
Q:  There are one or two regular map bosses (not watchers) that seem to be immune to the freeze debuff. Is there any logic behind some being immune?
A:It will be fixed later.
Q:  If I were to run a map with a compass or trait card that caused the final boss to drop extra  legendary items, and there was a goddess of hunting trial, do the extra legendary items dropped by the boss have a chance to be goddess of hunting exclusive legendary items or can only the natural goddess of hunting drops be the exclusive legendary items?
A:Only the naturally dropped Goddess of Hunting items will provide exclusive equipment for hunting gameplay.
Q:  There is a new map modifier that causes enemies to reap players. Reap bypasses the energy shield entirely, and instantly kills characters who reserve their life and use the energy shield as a life bar. Is there any way to defend against reap as an energy shield character? Normal defenses and reduced damage will not save the character, since they have effectively 1 HP against reap. Is there a way to prevent it from bypassing the energy shield, or do we just have to roll over that mod and hope we don't run out of rerolls? If this is the case, could the mod be highlighted in red--specifically just the "reap" keyword.
A:Currently, it is impossible to resist Reaping. We will consider displaying this Affix in red for better visibility.
Q:  I recently started using the Entanglement of the Immortal belt, which applies an ignite to yourself when you take fire damage. I have several modifiers that cause me to take fire damage constantly, which are required for my build to function. This causes me to take the ignite damage from the belt constantly as well. This is just how the belt works; that's fine. The issue is that when I increase my own damage output (because I am trying to scale ignite damage on enemies), the ignite becomes more powerful. I am currently taking over 4,000 damage per second from that belt's ignite (which states that it does 138 damage). Is this intended? Are we supposed to be able to scale the dots we apply to ourselves like this? I also can apply 5 ignites to myself with the belt, since my max ignite count is 5. Is that part intended?
A:If the Show value is 138, there might be an issue; We will take a look. The other values are indeed in accordance with the rules, as the Ignite's Source is the player itself, so it will be affected by the player's own Stats.
