Q:  Hello can you let us know when the planned release is for demon gemma skin?? I want to pay for it but you’re not releasing it bruh.
A: This skin is currently unavailable. Stay tuned for our official announcement regarding its release date.
Q:  Unclear game mechanics(like Play Safe, Indifference)Play Safe (Magister) and Spacetime Resonance (Youga's hero trait) are affected by additional cast speed option but others similar to Indifference (Warlock) are not affected by the additional cast/attack speed.if this is not a bug, I want consistent tooltips for these cases.
A:For certain mechanics that increase or decrease Other Stats, such as Indifference: "15% of Attack Speed increases or decreases apply to Cooldown Recovery Speed, and 15% of Cast Speed increases or decreases apply to Cooldown Recovery Speed," the Additional increase will not affect the converted values.
Q:  The notion that the development team is ""monitoring"" or ""making adjustments"" does not provide us with any real assistance. Swift changes are urgently needed. All Torchlight players who share my concerns are feeling disillusioned with this game and have lost faith in the development team.We look forward to a prompt response.
A:As many current issues involve complex logic and macro-economic aspects within the game, adjustments cannot be made immediately. We need time to observe and collect data before the adjustments.
Q:  Hello, first of all I have to thank you for bringing this wonderful game to us. This is indeed one of the best ARPGs as of now and I'm having lots of fun. My question is about the PC interface/port of the game. Are you planning on improving it, maybe some visuals, or double clicks to equip/unequip, right clicks, etc.? That would make the game more friendly for us PC gamers who play these kinds of games a lot.
A: We optimize the interface and user experience for players on both PC and mobile platforms every season. For instance, this season, we've added features like viewing item information by hovering over dropped items, saving Pact Spirit configurations, and more. We will continue optimizing and adjusting the game to enhance the player experience.
Q:  Sentries have a modifier that reads "1+ Sentires that can be deployed at a time", this modifier is in the Machinist tree, as well as in Sentry Modification and Multifaceted Guard, however the effect is different in these locations. Is the passive intended to increase maximum sentry that an individual skill can place by 1 or increase the number of sentries that are placed per cast? Also is the mod "Additional Cast speed for sentry skills" supposed to A: increase the cast rate of the sentry, which if so would be useless for attack sentries, or B: increase the sentry placement speed?
A:The Sentry effect is a translation error, Multifaceted Guard - Is the passive to increase maximum sentry that an individual skill can place by 1, Sentry Modification - is to increase the number of sentries that are placed per cast, which we will correct in future updates. for the second question, If you're referring to the effect on Talent, it means the placement speed.
Q:  As a new player, I find the 9 slots in the Auction House to be too small, and that buying them every season is excessive. It makes selling things difficult unless we vastly under price them just to free up space without losing out on FE. Are there any plans to raise the minimum amount of slots to at least 18 for F2P users?
A:At the moment, there are no plans to add free slots to the Trade House, but we will consider it.
Q:  Currently for gear items that drop on the ground, all of them use the same "sword" icon on the minimap, even things like rings or amulets. Could we have different icons for different base types (ring, sword, etc), or if that isn't possible, just to signify if they're one handed, two handed, or if they're a ring instead of a sword.
A:Currently, there is no distinction between the Dropped equipment icon on the minimap. We will gradually refine this feature to improve the player experience.
Q:  Rehan(Anger) Hero Memories Silent Roar not working at all is it bug why when it auto cast warcry skills i got no buff at all
A:There is indeed a design flaw, but it is challenging to change. We will optimize the design in the next season.
Q:  Even if items with ultimate attributes are dropped, the game is difficult because it is difficult to check one by one. Are you thinking of creating a special icon when an item with the ultimate property is dropped?

Q:  It seems that there are a lot of Affix mods, Skill tags, and mechanics that are translated or explained poorly. (ex. +1 to empowering skills) There are no skill/support tags with Empower and instead, they use the Activation tag. While translations have gotten better since cb1, having such a big difference in something such as a tag name can be very confusing. Will there be a review of how affixes and mechanics are explained and translated?
A:Translation errors will be addressed in future updates.
Q:  I have noticed that when you test your dps on a dummy, youga illusion doesn't consume your burst charges, he has his own, but when you're in map/boss he does consume your spell burst, question is is that a bug or is it supposed to consume your charges?
A:Regarding the design, illusions have their own independent Spell Burst Energy Upper limit and activate bursts independently. If you encounter the phenomenon you mentioned and have the Additional Trigger for a single skill Affix from a relic, then it is normal. Otherwise, there might be a bug. If you do not have this Affix, please provide specific details so we can investigate.
Q:  How do you plan on fixing the economy? Prices are going completely nuts and many items take weeks of farming to be able to afford. Many build-enabling items are in the range of 5-12k FE.
A:This Season, we have not decreased the drop rate of Legendary Items. However, due to adjustments in Crafting and issues with the number of Trade participants, the prices of certain key Items have significantly increased. In the current Season, we will promptly add more Crafting-related materials to reduce the initial Crafting cost and encourage player engagement. Moving forward, we will not only boost the appeal of Crafting and its cost-effectiveness but also assess the possibility of raising the production quantity of key Items. We will classify Items into necessities and luxuries, ensuring that the supply of necessities meets the demands of most players.
Q:  Why do I feel like T8 is unrewarding? Even running good cards with compasses and 100% quant/rarity it is hard to make back the investment put in. Is it a problem of loot or economy? I feel like players shouldn't be punished for having builds strong enough to handle fully juiced T8 maps
A:The T8 earnings in this Season should be pretty good. Still, you'll need to properly match Compasses and cards to maximize your farming returns.
Q:  Hello. Is there any chance we could get a loot filter that we can mod as we want? Atm loot filters are pretty bad for high end players. I mean you can't use advanced loot filters because it hides for example fervor mod on gloves if it's in a lower tier base. Those are expensive gloves that only have fervor. Intermediate shows too much and still hides a lot of slates. Also if we can't get moddable loot filters could we atleast get different highlights on gear which drop with 1 or more T0 (red) mods? Thank you
A:We'll look into the Customize filter further.
Q:  do you really think that all skills / hero traits are viable for t8 juiced 4 golden compass or uber boss with 3 or 4 seals?torchlight is a new game with little content you can't put barriers that few builds are able to play this reduces the players' interest in the season. I'm sure season 1 had more player contention than s2 s3 due to this terrible balance.
A:I'm very sorry, but according to the current design, we may not be able to have all skills pass the highest difficulty season boss. Currently, most of the hero or hero traits can defeat the season boss, but different hero traits may require varying amounts of FE. Balance adjustment is a long-term issue, and we will continue to work on it.
Q:  It seems we are getting purple versions of heroes as their new hero trait. (ex:Youga, Rehan, Carino, Gemma) Is there a narrative behind this? If there is, are we going to get purple Erika and purple Bing as new hero traits?
A:The purple new Hero Trait may simply be a coincidence. We cannot disclose any information regarding Bing and Erika's Hero Traits at this time.
Q:  magister's 'play safe' talent only tells 100% of the increase/decrease on Cast Speed also applies to Spell Burst Charge Speedbut according to my experience, Spell Burst Charge Speed by this talent also gets affected from additional cast speed increase. So, because of youga can get super high additional cast speed from legendary hero relic, he can deal enormous damage now.Is this intended situation or bug you didn't intended?
A:This is within the design.
Q:  I hope dev will add skills to layout edit/players can make their layout self especially for mobile users, so we can play the game with 3 or 4 fingers. because sometimes it's annoying if we click buff/debuff skill, and interrupt the main skill.
A:We have no plans to allow players to adjust skill layouts themselves. However, We plan to introduce Active Skills with automatic activation to enhance the mobile experience for players.
Q:  It's weird firstly the number of maps required to unlock the "Final" passive skill point and also the fact that there aren't enough points to reach 2 end nodes, either leave it at the point where you can unlock only one or make it so 2 can be unlocked, the extra point literally does nothing for you, so it's like 1K maps for no payoff .
A:The final skill point serves as a small bonus for core players. Casual players do not need to unlock it, as it has minimal impact.
Q:  I don't remember exactly, but I knew that drop pets didn't affect it in the case of the Tower of Heroes. However, I wonder if the Gokupet that came out this time has an effect on the hero's tower item drop, and is it intentional?
A:The previous Drop pets do not affect the Path of the Brave because Affixes like +XX% Drop quantity do not affect the Path of the Brave. In Kong, the Drop quantity bonus and Fluorescent Memory Shards Drop quantity also do not affect the Path of the Brave. Chalk Spirit and Captain Shadow do not work because monsters in the Path of the Brave do not drop items. Eternity Summoner and Starfish Chanter affect their corresponding gameplay, so they also do not work. Only Affixes like Drop's XX having a chance to double/increase in value/become more valuable will affect the Path of the Brave, and currently, only Kong has introduced such Affixes.
Q:  When will we finally get Coop?
A:The multiplayer mode is in development and will be available in upcoming seasons.
