I don't know about other points but people not preparing and only gunfighting is not a problem that RSM needs to solve. There will be proper Ranks/Leaderboards in the future. As long as one climbs the ladder and increase the Skills, the game will team you with players who are more aware of what they are supposed to do. The same used to happen in pubgm. Nobody uses nades, vehicles, smokes, all other utilities properly in earlier ranks but as long as one reaches Diamond+ (And as someone who has reached Conqueror multiple times), I can guarantee that at higher ranks players are more aware and make use of all those things effectively. So, if you are disappointed with the way things are right now, Wait for the Global Official Release and Climb Leaderboards, then you won't be dissatisfied.
