Today we are going into the Horror side of video games, looking at a long series that most have experienced or have seen from YouTubers online.

We are looking at a game called Amnesia The Bunker.

Summary:

Left alone in a desolate WW1 bunker with only one bullet remaining in the barrel, it's up to you to face the oppressing terrors in the dark. Keep the lights on at all costs, persevere, and make your way out alive—a genuinely intense horror experience.

My Experience:

Soon... I have played alot of games with creepy eldrige monsters, beings that would make people run away as fast as possible... the big difference with this one is

I have weapons, but they lead me to my doom!

Don't get me wrong, this was suspenseful, and trying to stay alive. I am not the biggest fan of these types of games, but I was getting used to the gameplay, besides the fact I was scared for my life every 5 seconds.

Amnesia The Bunker gives a constant unsettling feeling with the monster coming from any of those wholes or the deadly cannibalistic rats from the woodwork. Even in the most accessible setting, the creature is still intelligent and will come for you!

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Constantly feeling tense

Great Atmosphere

Good Game Mechanics

Good Story to keep the player in suspense

Cons

Very short ( Expected time 2 or 3 hours )

Not for those who don't like confined spaces

Verdict:

Amnesia the Bunker is different from your average game out of the series. This time you can fight back, but watch your ammo. The light is your advantage, but it can come at a price if you aren't watching your stopwatch.

For someone that usually isn't a fan of these types of scary games, Amnesia The Bunker gets a rating of

Highly Recommended!

Still the scary part of the Amnesia series, but short
