Q:   My 1 question this week, would we consider a bigger chat limit if not in the world (which would be nice) maybe endless in clan chat?  I know it's probably been mentioned before but as someone who is super active even in world chat helping players.  I would LOVE to be able to type a bit more.
A:The current chat restrictions for the World Channel are mainly to prevent RMT messages from spam.  In the future, we will optimize Channel limits to create a more tolerant communication environment for players.
Q: I'm a controller player, and the game experience provided by the controller accounts for 70% of my positive feedback.  The remaining 30% of dissatisfaction comes from some interfaces lacking the necessary controller-relative keys, such as Path of the Brave, Corrosion, Void, Traits, Pact, Shop, Boon, Outfit, Trade House, Hero Ranking, Mail, Gear crafting, etc.  All of these common functions can only be navigated by the joystick, causing my right hand to become inflamed.  I hope to improve the remaining 30% of my game experience.
A:Thank you for your feedback.  We will continue to optimize the controller experience.
Q:  When will Illusion Essence and Insight Essence have more items available for exchange?  (Some players have thousands of them with no place to spend)
A:We will gradually add more items that can be exchanged for these two currencies.
Q: Can the stack upper limit for Trade House flame items be increased?  For Crafting materials like Flame Sand, I need 400 after multiplying by ten, but I can only buy 99 at a time in the Auction house.  So I have to buy more than four times for one Crafting attempt.  And if I click ten times, they might all be Tier 3 affixes or lower, so I have to purchase 40 times.
A: This issue is being considered and discussed, with potential optimization in the future.
Q:  Can drop rates be adjusted specifically for the international server?  By mid-season, few items are sold on the international server, and the ones available are expensive.  Can the drop rates be increased for the international server?  The international server has fewer players compared to the Chinese server, resulting in a lower relative output of items.
A:At present, we will not be adjusting the drop rates.
Q: The fact that Desire Beads can only be picked up by Advanced Auto Loot is unfair, especially when the screen is overflowing with Desire Beads in the late game.  Collecting hundreds or thousands of them on one map is an unpleasant experience.  I hope this item can be added to Normal Pick Up.
A:We will reconsider this and may implement a one-click similar item auto-loot feature.
Q:  Is it possible to consider adjusting the exchange to the auction mode?
Each product can set a maximum bidding reserve price according to its quality.  After it is put on the shelf, other players start bidding within a period of time.  After the bidding ends, the one with the highest price will get the product.  This prevents merchants from hoarding a large number of goods, and also controls the transaction speed of popular items.  In addition, two-person trading channels or face-to-face transactions can also be added to prevent popular items from being hoarded by merchants.
A:We currently have no plans for face-to-face trading since it may encourage real-money trading (RMT) and complicate monitoring efforts.
Q:  I love the game but can you guys zoom out or widen the screen more for mobile users? It's too cramped and small especially at T8 or T7.
A:The primary concern is mobile device performance. Expanding the field of view would increase the number of on-screen monsters, resulting in higher battery and device usage. We will revisit this issue.
Q:  Hi I play erika sentry ghost blade einherjar build. When I use ghost blade einherjar once most of the time it causes sentries to be summoned multiple times. Thus, many buffs are not applied to sentries, such as darkchaser buff (dex boots), stab in the back talent (Warlock tree) and others. It happens when you have a multistrike. Is it by design that multistrike affects the number of sentry summons? Indeed, because of this, the totems are not affected by the amplifications described above.
A:It is part of the design to allow Summon Sentry to trigger some of Erika's Hero Traits. Attack Sentry is also affected by the Multistrikes Bonus. As for the buff effects, Stab In The Back (a skill in the Warlock skill tree) cannot provide a bonus to Sentry skills. This is due to underlying design issues and the fact that it would give Sentry an unintended bonus effect. We will assess whether these bonuses can be applied to Sentry skills in the future. The buff effect of Dark Chaser (from Dexterity Boots) can work as intended; simply summon Sentry and then acquire the buff.
Q:  Will there be different types of weapons that drop for heroes in the story mode in the next season? Currently, each hero starts out with a select few weapon types, and aren't able to obtain others (for example, Gemma gets staffs and wands, but not swords, guns, cannons, etc). We are already able to purchase other skills, and reset their levels to level 1, so I feel this would be a nice Quality of Life to implement into the core game
A:To ensure a smooth experience for new players, we aim to minimize early choices that may cause confusion and hinder story progression, potentially detracting from their gaming experience.
Q:  Currently the campaign takes roughly a day or so to complete (even if it's a 2nd character). Seeing as this is a game that is both on PC and Mobile (and anyone playing on mobile is more than likely a casual player who only plays in their spare time), are there any plans to make the time spent in the campaign portion of the game shorter? If the time spent in the campaign was shorter, it would help a lot of the casual players get into the more exciting endgame.
A:We are evaluating the best approach to optimize this aspect of player experience.
Q:  Are there any plans to add more permanent hero skins to the shop? And will there be banners in the future that are themed. For example, the Chinese New year event should have come with the outfits that were shown on the profile avatars everyone got, and I had that expectation but was disappointed that there wasn't one. This, I felt, was a missed opportunity because I 100% would have bought it if it was a limited time item in the shop, and would have maybe considered getting it if it was behind a banner
A:We appreciate your feedback and will work on diversifying future outfits, offering players more options.
Q:  I wonder if and when the game will come to consoles, especially the Xbox?
A:Due to limited development resources, there is no relevant plan at the moment.
Q:  I am currently playing this game on a tablet PC. However, the UI for tablet PC is not comfortable. Skill buttons are located too far from the corner so I have to 1.Extend my thumb or 2.Grab my tablet PC in a weird way so I can use my other fingers. I think this is because mobile UI is made for phones only and not optimized for mobile devices with bigger screens. Could you take a look at it?
A:We will gradually improve the gaming experience on tablets.
Q:  Congrats! You managed to simplify PoE's crafting system to a fast and easy to learn feature. Yet it is still heavy gambling. Are you planning to further ease getting good rolled gear and rather focus the hard-to-get part of crafting on those spicy specials like corroding? Why I am asking: I think crafting is totally overrated in ARPGs / Hack-and-Slays unless you are aiming for super freaky gear and are willing to go the extraordinary long extramile. Most of us enjoy the gameplay and character development. Crafting interrupts by a significant amount of time. Playing with self found gear only on the other hand lets you struggle a lot the higher you get.
A:In the current Season, we will promptly add more Crafting-related materials to reduce the initial Crafting cost and encourage player engagement. Moving forward, we will not only boost the appeal of Crafting and its cost-effectiveness but also assess the possibility of raising the production quantity of key Items.
Q:  What is involved in creating a new hero, from first idea, to launch, within the dev team?
I understand there are many steps along the path however, the heroes do not appear to be crazy complex.
When designing your hero, is it similar to designing a new unique equipment?
A: Designing a hero is more complex than designing equipment, as the hero represents a combat style and requires planning and consideration from an overall perspective. We need to account for its interaction with all other equipment and Hero Relics. As a result, designing heroes becomes more difficult as more factors need to be considered.
Q:  Currently there are only 2 Melee Erosion Skills. Spiral Strike (which is horrible at targeting enemies properly, and dashes away from enemies more frequently than Swift Shadow Raid), and Wilt Spike (an in-place area attack that attacks in a straight line). Will there be more options for Melee Erosions skills in the upcoming season? Will there also be more Shadow Strike skills?
A:At this time, we do not intend to introduce more Erosion skills. However, we strive to incorporate new skills with each season.
