Good gameplay, great visuals, interesting storyline but super greedy company not giving a damn about their user base. Free gacha materials are tough to acquire, the drop rates are horrendous, highly monetised events and the amount of Legendary grade heroes are too scanty for a Turn Based RPG genre. This is why I normally stay away from RPGs with western 3D artstyle, they all tend to be very P2W ~
