Dungeons And Dragon In Video Games Is Back and Better Than Ever!

Baldur's Gate 3 finally released and it broke records of the massive player count of a staggering 800k in the span of like 3 days. So I played around 2 hours so far and I'm having a blast with this game. Baldur's gate 3 is by far the most anticipated RPG of the year and will more than likely be a tough contender for game of the year and being developed by larian studios the dev team for divinity original sin 1 and 2 and i want you to Follow me as I take you on my DnD journey in Baldur's Gate 3.

I literally created my actual DND class in Baldur's Gate 3 a red dragon born warlock that listens to the the great old ones it's literally my actual DND character and a Very extensive character Creator really using the expansiveness of the DnD world. This is what made me extremely hyped before I began to play the game. The fact I was able to recreate my current actual DND character into Baldur's Gate 3 made me so happy and I can take character throughout the Universe and take the fight back to the mind flayers. Speaking of the Mind Flayers, this “session” or campaign is takes place after the events of Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn. The player character is infected with a mind flayer parasite, which gives them powerful abilities but also threatens to take over their mind. The story revolves around the player's quest to find a cure for the parasite and stop the mind flayers from taking over the world so Let's jump into Gameplay!

Players create a party of up to four characters, choosing from a variety of races and classes. The game is set in the city of Baldur's Gate, which is under attack by mind flayers. Players must explore the city and the surrounding areas, fighting monsters and completing quests in order to stop the mind flayers and save Baldur's Gate. The game features a turn-based combat system, with the player controlling their party of up to six characters. The game also features a variety of non-player characters (NPCs) with whom the player can interact, and a branching storyline that is affected by the player's choices. The Narrator is giving the vibe of being your DM which is a DnD term meaning game Master or someone who controls the game and you hear the narrator during dialogue options. Graphics are incredible and it fits in displaying the world to players and I love it all. The game is a full on fledged DND game if you never played DND this is a great representation of the tabletop RPG in video game format. The dice rolls, skill checks, saves is all major terms and mechanics that players will need to know survive the campaign and with a little bit of luck and you'll be okay. Combat is turn based but feels so engaging as well as combat takes a lot of strategies if you're not careful that can lead to a party wipe. While players are going through the story you'll notice that The voice acting is amazing.

Baldur's Gate 3 has been praised for its graphics, gameplay, and writing. The game's graphics are some of the best ever seen in a tabletop RPG video game, and the turn-based combat is both challenging and strategic. The game's writing is also top-notch, with plenty of memorable characters and dialogue. During cutscenes, youll get options that portray to what skills you possess so since I'm a warlock I get to do a lot different options using an arcana check or wisdom check to see if I can gain an advantage over conversations. Baldur's Gate 3 takes place in the Forgotten Realms, a campaign setting in the D&D multiverse.
