Starfield: Find The Powerful Legendary Revolver KEELHAULER Early!
The Keelhauler is a Crimson Fleet legendary weapon that packs a punch! This weapon is easy to get, it just takes a little bit of time to progress through the quest chain.
Written Guide of my steps and experience:
1. Find contraband. I had Xeno Warfare Tech.
2. Get caught flying into New Atlantis
3. This will trigger an interaction with the UC SysDef Commander, who gives you a choice to go undercover with the Crimson Fleet or pay a hefty fine. Take the offer to go under cover. This may be random, as I had someone in my discord get thrown into jail immediately. So it may be specific to New Atlantis ONLY.
4. Begin following the quest chain. This should send you to sell some contraband known as Aurora and introduce you to Adler. Complete his side mission to earn an audience with First Mate, Naeva.
5. Next, Take up her offer to find the ship named Ragana with an order to kill Austin Rake.
6. Find the ship with Austin Rake aboard, but don't kill him. Instead, tell Dmitri, the ship captain to strike his name from the records and have him dropped off at UC SysDef headquarters. Dmitri will give you some medical supplies to make it look like you robbed them.
7. Head back to Naeva Mara and fight off the Ecliptic ships that are attacking.
8. Give Naeva the medical supplies that were given by Dmitri
9. Head to Kryx and the Key per the quest chain.
10. From here, follow the quest to meet Delgado and exhaust his dialog options until he tells you you're going to Suvorov and begin searching for Kyrx's Legacy.
11. Once on Survorov, continue with the mission until you reach the cave-in and become separated from Delgado. During the mission, Mathis will attempt to convince you to kill Delgado. Do not agree. Continue declining.
12. Once you reach the Warden's Office and speak with Delgado through the intercom, give Mathis credit for helping find the evidence.
13. Speak with Mathis and tell him you'll forget about killing Delgado, but tell him that he owes you.
14. Finish the quest and escape on the shuttle.
15. Return to the Key and speak with Delgado to proceed to the next quest.
16. At this point, Delgado will give you the Keelhauler.
