Verdict:
SYNCHED has done alot of updating from the CBT, controls are abit better, and Nano Companions survive abit longer depending on the chip you use on them. However, even though I haven't seen any mods on Weapons or Genades, this will still be a fun F2P when it is fully released ( Tomorrow, Actually! )

It is a fun, free play with unique roguelite mechanics and Nano Machines that turn into Helpful companions!
