Assassin's Creed Mirage - Returns to the bare bone roots
I haven't played Assassin's Creed in a long time. BlackFlag along with Brotherhood, and online multiplayer hunting are nostalgic and wonderful memories that I have.
However, as the series progresses into the future. It's becoming increasingly aimed at the core casual player, and it doesn't appear to want to revert to anything other than drawn-out story-driven conversation and railroaded walking cycles.
This does not bother me. But this game does not speak to me, someone who would like to see these talented devs stop holding themselves back and instead strive for the high-quality gameplay I know they are capable of producing.
