Is this the next roguelite you'll be spending dozens of hours on?

It may not be as big or well-known as some other franchises launching new games this week—looking at you, Mario and Spider-Man—but Amplitude Studios' Endless series has been proving itself incredibly versatile ever since 2012's Endless Space. From fantasy to sci-fi, from strategy to tower defense, an Endless game can be whatever the developers want it to be.
And this time? This time it's an action-packed roguelite with stylish visuals and an endless supply of firepower. Endless Dungeon goes live tomorrow for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and S. A Nintendo Switch version is also planned for some time in the future.
As for what you can expect from the game: lots of random chaos, lots of dying, and lots of fun. Endless Dungeon can be played solo or co-op with up to three players, but whichever way you play, you'll face tons of monsters in an abandoned space station that gets more deadly the deeper you explore. Don't worry, though; even when you die, you'll make some progress toward upgrading your heroes so you can get further next time.
If that classic roguelite loop sounds like just what you've been looking for, you can actually start playing now by purchasing the "Last Wish" edition of the game for $39.99. That version also includes a soundtrack, an art book, and some unique skins. Otherwise the regular edition goes live tomorrow for $29.99. We'll be jumping in ourselves shortly, so stay tuned for a quick review from one of TapTap's editors in the next couple days.
